Interact company formation upgraded to Incorporation (A.Ş.)

Interact upgraded its legal formation from being a limited liability company to “A.Ş.” (Incorporation).

We are pleased to announce that as of January 4th, 2018, Interact upgraded its legal form to Incorporation (“A.Ş.”) from a limited liability company (“Ltd. Şti.”). Our company’s full official name is registered as “Interact Medikal Teknolojileri A.Ş.” / “Interact Medical Technologies Incorporation” at Istanbul Chamber of Commerce.
